This Grade II listed building sits within the Conservation Area of Salisbury, amongst the original medieval grid layout of the city.  The property occupies a 19th Century Workmans' Hall and a part of the adjacent older terraced house on the ground floor.  It was converted to into a substantial single dwelling for a private client.
