Netley Waterside House


Works have recently been completed on this conversion of a redundant healthcare building to a new care home.


The Genesis Design Studio were employed as Architects to obtain planning consents and throughout the Technical Design and Construction stages of the project.

This completed extension and renovation of a 1920s Arts & Crafts Elizabethan style house has totally transformed the property for our clients.


A significant amount of repair and replacement of the historic oak frame and roof was also required to secure the life of the property for years to come.
