This is a 1920s Arts & Crafts property built in the style of a Tudor hunting lodge.  The existing house required significant repair and refurbishment of the existing oak frame, herringbone brickwork, roof and windows.  The property was then sensitively extended at the rear, with a modern interpretation of the same style, allowing a better link and appreciation of the substantial back garden
